EVLV stands for EVOLVE.
Evolve Gear 2020 was created to share my story of losing 100 pounds and becoming healthy.
To Evolve is to: Undergo evolution; To gradually change one's opinions or beliefs. We all have the ability to Evolve.

BEFORE EVOLVE
Family History
After having a family of Type 2 diabetes and heart issues, I found myself in the same position later. And after being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, I had three mild heart attacks on the side of the road. I asked God to give me another chance and I would change.
Lose 100 Pounds
Beginning 2017, I weighed 297 pounds. The heaviest I have ever weighed was 313. It was at this time, I decided I needed help losing weight so I went to Metabolic Research Center (MRC). MRC showed me how to eat proportionally correct and worked with my physician due to my Type 2 diabetes.
My road to losing 100 pounds began.
AFTER EVOLVE
First 50
By 2018, I had lost 50 pounds plus and on my way to being healthier, and this loss of 50 pounds included me working out DAILY in my home gym, and using the MRC system and exercising, I began to EVOLVE into a much healthier person.
Losing 100 Pounds
By June of 2019, I had lost my goal of 100 pounds! And now, I work feverishly to live a much healthier lifestyle. And by doing so, I encourage others to do the same.
I thought if I could evolve by losing a 100 pounds, perhaps I could encourage others to lose weight and evolve into their better self. This was the creation of Evolve.
Creation of EVLV
Evolve Gear 2020 was created and designed by me to encourage others to evolve daily to better themselves. For me, it was losing 100 pounds and learning to eat healthier. For someone else, it might be finishing your education, finding a better job, being a better friend or becoming a better person. Work towards being your best self.

Evolve Motto
Evolving yourself is not always easy and sometimes, takes sacrifice and hard work. For me, it took almost two years to lose the 100 pounds by exercising and by the direction of Metabolic Research Center ( MRC) where they worked with my Doctor and set my portion controls and taught me better eating habits.
In order to lose your old self and WIN, you must first lose all FEAR. EVLV's motto is "TO WIN .... LOSE FEAR" In order to become better, you must lose the fear in order to win and accomplish your goal. TO WIN, LOSE FEAR!
